Granite ::
Our array of surfacing material include 1) Natural Granite and Marble,
2) Keleri Solid Surface, 3) Mystera™ solid surface,
4) Cultured Marble, 5) Cultured Onyx and 6) Cultured Granite.
Lehigh Surfaces manufactures four of these
six surfaces at our main facilities in Macungie, PA. The other two surfaces
- natural stone and Mystera™, are offered to our customers through
exclusive partnerships with two of our key allies in the industry.
Natural Granite and Marble
Our collection of Natural Granite
and Marble Surfaces includes exquisite colors from around the
world - 40 granite colors and 8 marble colors. We can always have
more colors but the choices offered in our pallets covers for the
most part all hues, emotions, seasons and personal tastes. We bring
these surfaces through an exclusive sales and service arrangement
with Benchmark/TFI - one of the, if not the, biggest and the most
sophisticated fabricator in the country. Through this relationship
we can tackle your most challenging projects for residential kitchens,
basement bars, rec rooms and/or for commercial projects in high rise
office buildings, hospitality, healthcare or educational industry.
Keleri - Solid Surface
Keleri is Lehigh Surfaces' one of the two solid surface products that
is primarily targeted for kitchen countertops, bar-room surfaces or
high-end bathroom applications. Keleri products are mostly cast as
3/8", 1/2" or 3/4"sheets and then manually fabricated
to desired size and shape. Different manufacturing process, chemical
composition and the absence of gel-coat veneer gives Keleri a richer
and a more natural appearance and the fact that the end products are
fabricated and not cast, we are not constrained by the size, shape
and availability of molds to produce what the homeowner desires. The
grouping of Standard
Keleri Colors and Deluxe
Keleri Colors is akin to that classification in our cultured granite
family of colors.
Mystera™ -
Solid Surface
Mystera™ is Lehigh Surfaces' second solid surface product that
belongs to the same class of surfacing material as Keleri. Lehigh
currently offers a palette of 15 Mystera
Colors in this category, each color is distinguished by its rich
veining pattern and, offers a depth and elegance that is affordable
and adaptable to any design for all residential and commercial applications.
Lehigh Surface's has an exclusive agreement with Hudson Surfaces to
distribute Mystera's 3/4"-sheet based products in our trading
region.

Cultured Marble
Over the years, Lehigh Surfaces added several choices to colors and
finish styles of our cultured marble products. The spectrum of color
choices offered by Lehigh Surfaces in our cultured marble family is
classified into two categories - 1) Standard Marble Colors,
and 2) Premium Marble Colors.
Standard Cultured
Marble Colors - Our standard marble colors are names so because
of their applicability and ease of blend with any design and suite
of bathroom décor. Over the course of our existence we have
streamlined production of these colors to a point that they offer
great variety of choices to K&B designer at a very good price-point.
Premier Cultured Marble
Colors - This group of colors offer a distinct selection of finishes
and appearances that are suitable for specialized, high-end custom
bathroom décor. The choice in this group include rich blend
of veined colors such as Champagne (M 27), Rhapsody Blue (M 234) and
Sandbar (M 281). Because of the customized manufacturing process required
to develop the depth and richness offered in these colors, these are
offered at a 15% premium over the standard colors.
Cultured Onyx
Cultured Onyx is a variation in cultured marble products achieved
by replacing the limestone-blend filler with a blend of engineered
material to provide the translucency and fire-retardation qualities.
Cultured Onyx Colors
offer a lustrous effect vis-à-vis Victorian, as observed in
most precious stones available in nature.
Cultured
Granite
Cultured Granite is a man-made surfacing material that comes close
to natural granite in appearance but allows us to create products
in shapes, sizes and color-variations that cannot be achieved with
natural granite. The process of mixing and casting cultured granite
products is identical to those of cultured onyx but the filler is
prefabricated in the color of the final product i.e. each Cultured
Granite color requires its own filler material. The advantage of prefabricated
filler is that a better color consistency is achieved in these products
and the disadvantage is that it significantly increases the cost of
raw material - the bigger the particulate size the higher the raw
material premium. Standard

Cultured Granite Colors are classified based on particulate granule
size - bigger granules require higher cost raw material. |
